Sandestin Resort

The Sandestin Resort boasts 4 courses. The Links course's imposing water on 13 of the holes have earned it the title of one of the most challenging 'resort' courses in all of Florida. Baytowne Golf Club offers incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico, Choctawhatchee Bay and Sandestin properties and lots of water that comes into play. Golf Magazine has referred to burnt Pine as the “Crown Jewel of Florida Golf”. This course meanders through wetlands, marshes and towering pine trees and stretch more that 7,000 yards from the championship tees. Robert Trent Jones, Jr, designed the Raven Golf Club. This course was opened in 2000 and offers an enticing, fun-to-play golf course.

Fort Walton Beach Municipal Golf Course (Best Bargain)

FWB Municipal Golf Course has two fine golf courses, the Pines and the Oaks, and they are very well maintained. For the price this is the best kept secret in the area. Green Fees are $40.00 including cart ($32.00 twilight). It's about a thirty minute drive but well worth i for the price and the quality of the courses.
